Introducing the PM Investor Framework
I sat on this for a few months. Not because I was unsure about the idea — I have been sure since the moment it crystallized. I was waiting because I wanted to build it properly before talking about it publicly. And because I am, above everything, a project manager. Project managers do not announce deliverables they have not confirmed.
I am ready to talk about it now.
What the response showed me
When I published the first article in this series, I expected some engagement. What I did not expect was what came back.
Project managers writing to tell me the framework gave them language for something they had been trying to articulate for years. Consultants asking whether there was a course, a program, a structured path. Women in project management forwarding the articles to their entire teams. And then the same question, worded differently each time, appearing again and again:
“Why does nothing like this exist already?”
I asked myself that question for a long time before I stopped asking and started building.
The gap that no one has filled
Think about every professional credential available to people in our field. The CFA is built for finance and investment professionals. The CFP is built for licensed financial advisors. The PMP is built for project delivery professionals.
Now think about who falls through every single one of those gaps: the more than 1.4 million PMP-certified professionals who spend their careers managing multi-million dollar projects and go home to a financial life that has never had a real framework applied to it.
That is not a niche. That is your LinkedIn feed. That is probably you.
There is no structured program at the intersection of project management discipline and personal wealth building. Not a course, not a cohort, not anything purpose-built for the people who already have the methodology and have simply never been shown how to turn it on themselves.
I decided to build it.
The PM Investor Framework
The PM Investor Framework applies the exact methodology you use to deliver complex projects to the one project that matters more than any of them: your own financial life.
It has six phases. Five of them will feel immediately familiar. The sixth is the one that changes everything.

In standard project management, risk management is a knowledge area that threads through every phase. In the PM Investor Framework, it stands alone. It has its own module, its own deliverables, and its own dedicated session.
Here is why.
In a project, a risk that materializes is serious. In a portfolio, a risk that materializes without a pre-planned response can be catastrophic. The difference between a project manager who builds real wealth and one who earns well but never accumulates it almost always comes down to one thing: did they define their response to financial risk before it happened, or after?
After is too late. When the market is moving against you, when the credit card interest is compounding, when the real estate deal has a problem at inspection, your judgment is impaired. You need the plan you wrote when your head was clear.
That is exactly what the dedicated risk phase gives you. And I have looked — no other financial education program in existence has made risk management its own dedicated phase.
Until now.
Why this is built for you
If any article in this series made you think differently about your money — about whether your PM skills translate to your personal financial life, about the gap between what you earn and what you are actually building — then you already understand what the PM Investor Framework does.
You are not a beginner. You are a professional who has never had a professional-grade framework applied to your own financial life.
The people this is built for are showing up in professional forums, in PM chapter meetings, delivering for other people’s organizations, and quietly wondering when they are going to start delivering for themselves.
It starts now.
The PM Investor Framework is the backbone of The Income Into Assets Program — ten weeks, eight students per cohort, the complete framework applied to your financial life one phase at a time, with a personalized Directional Kit built around your numbers after every session. See how it works, or join the waitlist for the next cohort.
